With over 30 years in UK residential property investment, development and asset management. Multiple residential units acquired, developed and managed across his career. Experience with FRI lease structures including large-scale staff accommodation programmes. Experienced in JV structuring, debt negotiation, portfolio construction and institutional-scale asset management.

30+ years in property development, investment and asset management. Founder of the Haywoods Group and the Bucklebury Group. Comprehensive network spanning developers, agents and receivers across London and the South East. Experienced in sourcing complex freehold opportunities and managing large-scale residential portfolios through the full lifecycle from acquisition to exit.
