Nick co-founded the James Laurence Group in 2000, having spent the preceding years working across PLC and private portfolio development.

With over 30 years in UK residential property investment, development and asset management. Multiple residential units acquired, developed and managed across his career. Experience with FRI lease structures including large-scale staff accommodation programmes. Experienced in JV structuring, debt negotiation, portfolio construction and institutional-scale asset management.
